The first thing that will catch your attention as you enter
this paradise retreat is the dramatic koi pond. Walk over
the pond and the beautiful mature koi welcome you in as you
pass the gentle waterfall and the beautiful red wax palms.
The graceful entry beckons you into the expansive great room,
which opens up onto the enormous lanai which overlooks not
only a million-dollar ocean view, but the many water features
that makes this house so extraordinary. The mosaic tiled infinity
pool below you overflows into nowhere. A tropical fountain
spills into the waterfall, which spills into the pool. An
enormous custom designed and built Jacuzzi spills into the
cooling bath which massages you as you lie. All turn into
an incredible light show at night as the state-of-the-art
fiber optic lighting turns the water features into an erupting
volcano.
The home
is fashioned with only top quality materials from all over
the world. There is extensive use of Chinese quartzite tile
throughout, with accents of bamboo flooring. Professionally
done tropical interior design is throughout. Spacious master
suites are upstairs as well as down, both having commanding
ocean views. The master bathroom affords a Jacuzzi bath, and
a five-head glass block walk-in shower. Or enjoy your outside
(private) lava stone shower. Imagine taking a shower while
looking a the brilliant Hawaiian star-studded sky.
The immense
disappearing pocket doors on both sides of the home open gracefully
to the lanais which wrap around the entire back of the home
and create a feeling of being outdoors. These lanais set the
stage for your evening as you enjoy a glass of wine (yes even
a wine cooler) and watch the magical year-round sunsets and
feel the sounds of the waters sooth your soul.
The expansive
kitchen features only the best including granite counters,
top-ofthe- line stainless steel appliances and a gas stove
for those gourmet cooks. Both the kitchen and the formal dining
room provide uninterrupted Pacific Ocean views. The downstairs
features its own wrap around lanais just above the pool decks,
a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a master suite with master bath and
guest bath. The great room has a big screen TV if you can
keep your eyes off the views.
There
is even a putting green and chipping green for those who haven't
